Isn’t it amazing how small the world has become since the Internet? Who would have thought 20 years ago that we would be able to communicate with people from other countries with just a click of the mouse.

Now we can text and video chat, send E-mails instantly. Mailing letters are really a thing of the past.

How has the Internet changed your life?

I found this quote from:

29TH DECEMBER 2003
“How the Internet has Changed Our Lives
It has been ten years since the Internet took its first steps towards becoming a mass medium in the UK, and five years since Nielsen//NetRatings started measuring online activity. It is almost impossible to overstate the extent to which the Internet has changed our lives in that time.”

The Internet has changed the concept of communication and entertainment.

Search engines provide us way to search any information worldwide and helps us keep up to date with the rest of the world. Maybe too much?
Many of us watch live channels and play online games with others from all over the world. Do we really need a T.V.?
The Internet allows us to shop online and get ourproducts delivered right to our front doors. We can do all our bills online as well as our banking.

Who would have thought!!!

Successful Networkers are a resilient bunch of people…

They learn to deal with rejection

They fix their eyes on the future potential

They work hard

They leverage their time and effort

Notice we said “Successful” Networkers! To become truly successful in any network marketing opportunity, whether it be traditional, such as health product based networking, or an incredible worldwide, highly accessible, mass appealing opportunity such as gibLink, there is always going to be the possibility that you as a networker are going to be let down or disappointed by people you are associated with, or forget about the true potential of such a great opportunity.

In this article, we will discuss some techniques that “Successful” Networkers follow. We are talking about some common things that can happen to anyone that is either just starting out, or has had limited success with a good opportunity. Learning these few simple truths can really mean the difference between realizing your true unlimited success in every area of your life, or spending a lifetime of effort, full of disappointment with very little success.

The Secrets of Success:
Overcoming Rejection and Disappointment

Realize that you cannot remove rejection from equation, but it doesn’t have to discourage you. Network marketing is all about numbers. It is a ratio of how many people you get your opportunity in front of, to how many people actually get recruited. As you get better at recruiting, this ratio will change. For instance, when you are just starting out, you may have to contact 100 people to recruit 1 person, as you get better at this, you may be signing up 1 in 30 or 1 in 20, or more. The KEY is to realize this is a process of learning, and you will get better at it no matter your skill level. If you understand this, then you can handle the disappointment of not signing up 1 in 20 people when you are first starting out. Talking to a lot of people is what stops us from focusing on the people that say “no thank you” to our terrific opportunity. When you are contacting quite a lot of people, you will be able to concentrate on the people that say “yes”.

A common response to disappointment in any opportunity is to change opportunities, this more often than not is like putting a band-aid on a severed limb. The opportunity is not the problem, it is usually the networker’s inability to handle rejection and disappointment when they are first starting out. If the opportunity you are involved with is a rock solid company (like gibLink), and the company is really interested in your personal success (like gibLink), there are people making decent income (like gibLink), then stick with it, and figure out what you have to get better at. You CAN succeed; you are no different than other people that are making $10,000 per month or more!

Get Rid of False Expectations

Don’t be misled by a false expectation that there is very little, to no work involved in becoming successful. All Successful Networkers will tell you that they have worked hard to get where they are. The flip side to all of this is that they are able to work a whole lot less than they did when they first started, that is the beauty of the gibLink opportunity. Successful leaders can spend lots of time with their family and friends, travel when and where they want, and have money to do what they like. This is the beauty of being your own boss and having your own team of people doing the “heavy lifting” for you. But don’t be fooled, there is up-front work needed to get to that place.

Another false expectation to get rid of is that your upline, or perhaps the company you are involved with is going to do all the work for you. There can be some limited success by relying on other people to do some of the work for you, but really this will most likely be very limited and short lived. So expect to put in some time, don’t get burned-out, but hard work is always rewarded when you are in the right environment, and gibLink is the really the perfect environment with over $10,000,000 (Ten Million Dollars) already paid out to members all around the entire globe!

Have a Vision for the Future and Hold Onto It

Right from the beginning, even before they are financially successful, “Successful” Marketers know where they are going, and then they just figure out how they are going to get there along the way. When they hit a road block on the road to success, they don’t give up, they figure out how to get around it. Keep the earning potential, the ability to spend more time with your family, the ability to travel the world, or whatever it is that you would like to be able to do in your thoughts all the time. Write down your goals, and post them somewhere you can see them every day. When you have disappointment, or difficulties, remind yourself where you are going, and try to not get stuck in the moment. Things pass, problems get solved, people come and go, and your success is always waiting for you, the potential for you to become highly successful in every area of your life NEVER goes away! Remember that!

Take a look at the Income Calculator, and see what kind of potential there is for you here at gibLink.

Change your Mindsets

Mindsets are what makes us who we are, they guide our decision making processes, they govern how we relate to people, etc. and usually exist on a somewhat subconscious level, meaning they are not always completely evident and have to be identified before we can alter them. Sometimes in network marketing we can have mindsets that will have a negative effect on our level of success. For instance, if you have a thought deep inside your mind that is saying to you that you will be rejected, when you invite people into your opportunity, that mindset might keep you from inviting many people and you might not even realize it.

Identify what you are thinking and push past it until you see some breakthrough, then take that breakthrough even if it is limited, and concentrate on it the next time you are dealing with your negative mindset. Your negative mindset was created by an experience, and your positive mindset will also be created by experience. If you are realizing that you are scared to recruit, go through the process of recruiting as many people as you can, keeping in mind that you are scared of it. As you go through the process of recruiting, you will have some success; concentrate on the success, not on the people that say “no” and form yourself a new mindset!

Use the Tools

Successful Marketers are teachable, and commit themselves to learning their trade. They don’t give up, they keep the vision of success in their view at all times. Follow these three other guides, We show you the power of teamwork, give you some powerful team building tips and techniques, and show you how to overcome objections.

As well as giving you some practical knowledge and workable techniques that you can apply to your own journey of success, all of these guides can help your efforts by letting your prospects know that we at gibLink have their best interest in mind, and they do not feel like they have to figure everything out on their own.
